In this video I'm showing a new little feature in Pipedrive called Smart Contact. I also talk about why I did not choose Podio and what you can look for yourself. Then I talk about why I did not switch over to the new Salesforce Essentials. Sometimes it's not about what they offer, but what they don't have.
Got 30 deals and you need to add the same activity to each one? In this episode, I'll cover how to import the same activity into all of our deals. You can modify your filter for which deals you want to import the activities on, but that will be up to your imagination.

In this video, I might be getting ahead of some, but I needed to import a call list. I'll walk you through the process. I probably should have shown the actual spreadsheet, but I didn't. It's just a company name, address, email, phone, etc.. standard contact info. I'll show you how to import that data into your contacts, and how to get around some problems that I run into.
