I've been reading ALN news for a few year now. They are one of the leading sources of multifamily news. Today's story hits near to home. The wife and I jumped into the multifamily world a few years ago. Everything we invested in was in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. And with all the jobs coming here, it was hard not to make money. Personally, I think those days are over for a while. And while there are still deals to be made and people are making money, I think buying an apartment complex today is like grabbing a hot potato. If you hold it too long, you'll get burned. The biggest question everyone has is how long can we hold on to that hot potato. Check out this story from ALN.
